This is an Administrator Permissions problem, please follow the steps below:

• On your desktop, double-click 'My computer' or open Windows Explorer, select your boot drive (C:), right-click on the drive and open 'Properties' on the display menu.

• When the Properties window appears, on the tabs, select 'Security'.

• On the 'Group or User Names' list, select 'Administrator' and click the 'Edit' button. You may need to do this within Control Panel for your specific operating system.

• On the list, click the check-box to allow permission for 'Full Control', click 'Apply' and close all windows.

The plug-in should now load and save presets correctly.
